On 31.05.2023, a press conference organised by PESA Minsk Mazowiecki S.A. and PKP Intercity took place at PESA Minsk Mazowiecki S.A. to mark the ceremonial handover of the last of the 14 modernised ED74 ezt. The contract for the modernisation of 14 ED74 electric multiple units was signed in June 2019. The first vehicles will enter passenger service in the second half of 2021.

On 3 February 2023, the Mazovian Railways signed an agreement with PESA Minsk Mazowiecki S.A. for the performance of repairs at maintenance level P4 for 66 units of electric multiple units of the EN57AL series. The contract signing ceremony took place at the headquarters of KM in Warsaw. Mazovia Railways was represented by Robert Stępień, President of the Management Board, General Director, and Czesław Sulima, Member of the Management Board, Operations Director.
